ESSENTIAL DESIGN PACKAGE
Mood Board – A curated concept of colours, materials, and inspiration images to set the design direction
Space Plan – Optimised floor plan
Finishes Selection – All surface and fixture selections, from tiles to taps
Furniture Selection – Tailored choices based on your lifestyle, scale, and budget
3D Render – A realistic visualisation of your space to guide decisions and conversations
Shopping List – Key elements and links so you can implement the design at your own pace
Extras & Revisions: Additional services or revisions are charged hourly to keep things simple and scalable.
LUXE DESIGN PACKAGE
Architectural Review – Coordination with architects and builders to fine-tune layout and lighting plans
Interior (and Exterior, if required) Finishes – Selection of all materials, colours, and textures
Furniture – A cohesive scheme including bespoke and heirloom pieces
Procurement – We manage ordering, tracking, and any claims with vendors
Project Oversight – We liaise with trades to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Installation – Styling and placement of all furnishings according to the design plan
Optional Add-ons: Artwork sourcing, Existing furniture transformation, Custom cabinetry or millwork design (Billed separately based on scope)
