What if I’m working with an architect or builder already?

Perfect! We often collaborate with architects, builders, and tradespeople to ensure your design vision is integrated seamlessly. In the Luxe Design Service, we liaise directly with your team throughout the process.

Can you work with clients virtually?

Absolutely. Both the Consultation and Essential Design Service can be done entirely remotely via video calls and digital deliverables. For Luxe projects, we typically combine virtual planning with key in-person site visits (location permitting).

How do revisions work?

Your design package includes one round of revisions to fine-tune the concept. Additional revisions are always possible and are billed at our standard hourly rate. We’re happy to adapt as your vision evolves—within reason and with clarity.

What is the typical project timeline?

Timelines vary, but most Essential Designs are delivered within 4 weeks, depending on scope. Procurement and project completion hugely depends on vendors, building teams and the scope of the project, but 2 to 6 months per room might be expected.

How is the Luxe design pricing calculated?

The Luxe Design is estimated at approximately £553/sqm, but we provide a custom quote after reviewing your project’s size, complexity, and scope. You’ll always have clarity before any work begins.

Can I mix and match services?

We’re happy to tailor our services to suit your needs. For example, if you’d like to start with an Essential Design Package and later upgrade to Luxe, we can build on the foundation we’ve already created.

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel within Oxford is included. For projects outside this area, travel time and expenses are billed separately and will be quoted in advance, with full transparency.
